EEPROM Emulator

Here is a video showing the EEPROM emulator in action. This device communicates using a standard serial port an currently supports 93c46, 93c56 and 93c66 devices with more devices to be added soon. A new feature recently requested is the ability to be able download a file. BlueTerminal has also been upgraded to add this feature.
